Melamine foam, provided by SINOYQX, is able to be processed in cutting and pressing manner to form chips, or by other cutting methods to form geometry products.

 

Remarks: operator should wear dusk mask during the processing, and the dusk must be treated properly.
 

Melamine foam provided by SINOYQX enables to be processed by spraying, roll ring, and painting to color or improve melamine foam mechanical proprieties. Melamine foam is also processed by adhesive to other materials, such as acrylic resin, solvent, and reactive resin adhesive directly, thanks to its good chemical-resistance.

 

Melamine foam provided by SINOYQX enables to be processed by vacuum-formed template; and blankets, fabric, and tin foil would be added into during the processing.

 

Melamine foam provided by SINOYQX enables to be processed by plasma processing, which is used in some special applications.
